The system is designed both for those who only need a powerful online booking and for those who also need support for journal writing. AIMI is suitable for those who are, for example, a naprapath, chiropractor, physiotherapist, massage therapist or others in manual therapies. But also for those who are hairdressers, run a beauty salon or tattoo studio. AIMI is suitable for both individual practitioners and larger clinics or chains.
With MyAIMI, you get a dashboard that shows you everything you need to know in real time: revenue, booking rate, patient statistics and how you are performing against your business goals. No more manual reports – all data is updated automatically. The system also has customized views for different roles, from therapist to clinic manager and CEO.

MyAIMI Business Care/Health: Includes everything in Core, plus our powerful AI-powered medical record system.
In addition to this, there are additional modules for specific needs, such as advanced financial analysis or integrations with payroll systems. Our philosophy is that you should never pay for more than you need, and that the basic packages are complete enough to handle all the clinic's main tasks.You can soon! Our first beta users are already up and running and giving us great feedback. We will start onboarding new clinics on an ongoing basis starting in September. Because we want to ensure a personalized and high-quality start for all our customers, we are taking on a limited number of clinics each month.
